Everyone from start to finish was so pleasant and efficient. They had answers to all my questions, offered me the best plan for my situation, found me a next day appointment, arrived exactly when they said, took extra care to keep my house tidy, explained everything they did, completed the work in a timely manner, and provided me with a detailed report. I am so glad I found ACE! Couldn’t ask for better!

Lola is exceptionally good . I called her up having an issue with my ac , It got so damn hot out the thing stopped working .She sent a technician out in a fast manner within the same day which was surprising since all the previous companies I’ve dealt with took a few days sometimes longer ! . (to make it simple) , I’m very enthralled with the service I was provided .Thanks again Lola !

Scott the HVAC technician was absolutely amazing. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly, the same qualities as every other member of their staff I’ve had the pleasure to deal with with Ace . Ace will most certainly take care of all your heating and cooling needs and they never have tried to upsell or do anything I don’t need and that’s extremely important and assuring to me. Great job from Andre the owner on down, keep up the phenomenal work!

We used ACE as a second opinion from another company we got a quote from and we were certainly glad we did. ACE was able to properly diagnosis our system and work to get everything back up and running. Everyone at ACE was extremely helpful and made sure we got what we needed to get our house cool again.

Thanks to ACE Service I did not have to suffer through this week's extreme heat! AC went out Sunday night and before afternoon the next day my AC was up and running thanks to Andre from ACE services.! He was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional which made for great service! Thank U for service!!

Scott was very helpful in explaining what was going on with the a/c. Never tried to push what we should do, but explained why.Also, Lola was great with answering questions, always patient and kind. She is definitely a gem! Thanks to both of you!

Miss Lola the office lady is the sweetest literally have tried to make sure i wasnt without air as i have been for weeks . She and Andre have went to bat for me even with the home warranty company. Miss Lola i pray u keep that attitude and continue to be great

I have talked to Lola several times since Choice assigned my repair to ACE. She was patient with me in terms of me asking numerous questions about what to expect from the repairperson assigned to fix my air conditioning system. She also answered questions about what to expect from Choice. Scott was the repair technician assigned to me. He answered my questions also and went out of his way to explain all technical details simple enough for me to understand them. I give them high marks for the way they work with their customers and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I don’t normally give reviews, but I got such great service this morning from Lola. I want to people to know to call Ace. They have great customer service and also Scott explained everything and fixed my air conditioner fast.

I called with an issue of water under my furnace and the guy that they sent out found the obstruction in the line quickly and put a small block of some type of enzymes that should prevent an blockage from occurring again for several months. They were also friendly, professional and got to my place same day! (It was actually within about 3 hours!). These days it’s difficult to get anything done same day, let alone in less than 3 hours. I was very happy with my service.

Andre was extremely professional and explained his approach to the work carefully in advance. They were on time, cleaned up nicely in the work area and did professional quality work. I liked the fact that Andre was the person who provided the on-site quote and he was also the person that completed the project the next week. I'm very pleased with the two new bathroom exhaust fans that he installed and routed through the attic to the outside of the house. Communication with the company was impressive on all fronts, texts, emails, and phone calls throughout scheduling, the day of the work, and follow up.

ACE has been wonderful assisting us with our HVAC needs. The customer service is excellent and the technician diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything thoroughly. I couldn't believe how fast the company came to do the estimate. They then emailed the estimate early in the same day, and even though I answered after hours they still got me in for the very next morning for installation. This was all during the hottest part of the summer, 100° temps all week. The financing has decent payments and interest rates. I am so pleased!
